The bey
Dran Dagger is the Attack Type at the heart of the Dran Dagger Deck Set — one of Beyblade X's value bundles, which packs three fully-built beys into one box. Design-wise it's a curious mash-up: aggressive-looking and attack-oriented, but with an enclosed, solid feel that reads almost like an Attack-plus-Defense hybrid. It's not really a defense or stamina bey, but it carries itself with more composure than a pure glass cannon, and its real calling card is its brand-new bit.

DranDagger / 4-60 / R (Rush)
- Blade: an aggressive, attack-focused blade tuned for rapid-fire contact with lighter weight in the middle — built to keep up a stream of hits rather than a single haymaker.
- Ratchet (4-60): four protrusions at a low 6.0 mm height — a staple, low-riding attack ratchet that's easy to build around.
- Bit R (Rush): the star of the show. Its smaller tip and gearing are designed to catch the stadium's Xtreme Line more easily, boosting the frequency of X-Dashes — though each individual dash is a touch less powerful than a Flat bit's.
How it plays
Dran Dagger is all about momentum and repetition. The Rush bit doesn't give you the raw top speed of Flat or Low Flat on the rail, but it fires off Xtreme Dashes more often — the idea being you don't need one perfect knockout when you can keep chaining dashes into your opponent. It's an aggressive, press-forward bey that rewards an active hand; tilt for counter-hits against certain opponents, or launch flat and trigger repeated dashes. Like most attackers it burns through stamina and lives off early initiative, so it wants its battles decided in the first exchanges.

Dran Dagger arrives as part of the Dran Dagger Deck Set, a three-bey bundle (alongside Shark Edge and Knight Shield on their own parts) giving you a ready-made aggressive deck and every piece to shuffle around. The Rush bit pairs naturally with other attack blades and is worth keeping for fast, stacked decks. As a deck-set bey, Dran Dagger is one of the easier Attack Types to own in quantity — a great way to get strong pieces without chasing blind boxes.
