If you've been watching Beyblade X since it tore onto shelves on July 15, 2023, you know the game's never stood still. Roughly three years in, Hasbro is making its case for the next gear-up with the Infinity wave — a new brand across the current lineup (BX, CX, and UX Infinity tops) that lands July 15, 2026. And if you read between the product copy, there's a clear message underneath: this generation wants to be played wherever you are.
The Stadium Pushes Back
The centerpiece is the Sneak Attack Battle Set ($54.99). Every Beystadium X comes with the X-Celerator Rail that can rocket a Top into a full Xtreme Dash. The Sneak Attack adds a second trick: a pop-up rail that springs into play and sends Tops through Xtreme Dash runs for bigger collisions and bursts. It's a great way to make the Dash the star of a match instead of just the opener.
In the box you get two UX Infinity Tops — Rampart Aegis GB (a Stamina Type) and Cutter Shinobi LF (an Attack Type) — plus two ripcord launchers. Everything you need to run a full battle straight out of the box.
Play It Anywhere
The other half of the pitch is the Clip & Rip Launcher Set ($29.99). The launcher clips right onto a belt or backpack and hides the ripcord inside, so you're never the Blader who has to say "sorry, no launcher on me." It comes with Blast Pegasus A Tr, a right-spin Attack Type CX Top whose gear engages the X-Celerator Rail in any Beyblade X Beystadium to trigger an Xtreme Dash.
If that's the gate drug, the four Infinity Starter Packs ($14.99 each) are where you'll actually pick your fighter:
- Rage Ragna FE 4-55Y — a right-spin Stamina Type CX Infinity top
- Armor Knight GV 8-70UN — a right-spin Defense Type CX Infinity top
- Rocket Griffon H — a right-spin Balance Type UX Infinity top
- Strike Dran 4-50FF — a right-spin Attack Type BX Infinity top
Three Ways to Build
The Infinity branding isn't decoration — it maps to three real build systems. BX Infinity is the classic recipe Bladers already know: snap together an interchangeable blade, ratchet, and bit. CX Infinity blades break into four separate pieces for deeper customization and fine weight tuning. And UX Infinity Tops convert mid-battle to reveal hidden features that can flip the outcome of a match.
Same scoring that always applied: first Blader to 4 points takes the round.
The Bottom Line
What I genuinely like about this wave is that it respects both sides of the hobby. The pop-up rail gives competitive Bladers a new variable to figure out, and the belt-clip launcher means your next battle is only a pocket away. The Infinity wave doesn't reinvent Beyblade X — it just keeps pushing it forward, one Xtreme Dash at a time.
